Beth Hargrave-Thomas built her career at the intersection of people, strategy, and purpose — and she's spent two decades proving that the most powerful leaders are those who lead from their core.
Before founding Core Connection Consulting, Beth served as Chief of Staff to the President of a multi-billion dollar portfolio at AT&T, one of the world's leading telecommunications companies. In this role, she functioned as a trusted strategic partner to C-suite executives — orchestrating enterprise-wide transformation programs, aligning cross-functional teams, and translating bold vision into measurable results.
But Beth's path to the boardroom began in the classroom. After earning her teaching credentials in Economics and Spanish, she relocated abroad to found and operate a for-profit school — an experience that forged her unwavering belief that leadership, at its best, is an act of service. She returned to the United States to complete her MBA at Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, one of the nation's premier programs for management and strategy.
Today, Beth draws on this rare combination of corporate executive experience, entrepreneurial leadership, and educational expertise to coach the leaders others look to.
